DISCIPLINARY REGULATIONS FOR THE

STUDENTS OF UNEFA
CHAPTER I
GENERAL PROVISIONS

ARTICLE 1. This Regulation aims to establish rules and

rules that will govern the behavior and discipline of the staff of
students of the University.

a. Regular students of undergraduate and postgraduate.

ARTICLE 2. "The National Experimental Polytechnic University of the

National Armed Forces (U.N.E.F.A.) is an Educational Institution

studies, whose primary mission is to train professionals in all the
levels and cycles of Higher Education in the fields of Science, the
Industry and Technology, to contribute to the development of the Country and its
Armed Forces, developing modern learning systems, that
allow predominantly applied scientific research.

ARTICLE 3. "Due to its status as a Higher Institution attached to the Ministry

of Defense, the U.N.E.F.A., has as fundamental principles the
constitutional precepts of apoliticism, obedience, and non-deliberation.

ARTICLE 4. "Based on the guidelines contained in the articles

precedents, the U.N.E.F.A. requires:
a. Promote behavior among all members of the Institution that
corresponds to the goals proposed by the University in the field
of human resources training. Behavior that must be reflected
the education and good manners of its members, a spirit of healthy
camaraderie among the students and the correspondence between the activities
that are carried out with the appropriate areas.
b. Create and maintain an academic environment of order, harmony, and cleanliness,
that encourages reflection and scientific and technological research.

ARTICLE 5. "The provisions of this Regulation shall always apply

that the acts constituting an offense are not classified and punished
by the Military Justice Code or the Penal Laws of the Republic, in which

CHAPTER II
OF THE LEVELS OF AUTHORITY

FINAL PROVISIONS
