REPORT NOTEBOOK

1. PRESENTATION.
2.1 In the rotation chart, the student will record the names of the areas or sections.
for which it rotates during its practical training, specifying the start and end dates.
2.2 Based on the PEA provided by the instructor, the student transcribes the PEA in the
report notebook. The student will record and monitor their progress, marking
in the corresponding column.
2.3 In the weekly report sheet, the student will daily record the tasks that
execute, indicating the corresponding time. The day of attendance at the center for the
technology sessions, it will record the contents that it develops. At the end of the
the week will total the hours.
From the tasks carried out during the week, the student will select the most
significant and will provide a description of the execution process with diagrams and drawings
corresponding that clarify this process.
2.4 Weekly, the student will register their attendance in the corresponding boxes.
2.5 Weekly, the Monitor will review, note observations and recommendations that
consider; the Instructor will review and grade the Report Notebook making the
observations and recommendations that you consider appropriate, in the aspects
related to the preparation of a Technical Report (technical terms, technical drawing,
description of the task and its procedure, technical standards, safety, etc.
2.6 If the EAP has fewer operations (151) than indicated in this format, it can
remove a page. Likewise, for the report of the following weeks, it must
add the corresponding weeks.

Most significant task:
BATTERY MAINTENANCE
Description of the process:
1) Place the car on a flat surface
Turn off the vehicle
3) Raise the hood
Loosen the terminals
5) Remove the battery cover
6) disassemble the battery at the work center
7) Check the battery voltage with my multimeter and with the hydrometer the
density of the acid
Finally, we used the battery charger and connected positive with
positive and negative with negative and we proceed to charge the battery
9) Put the battery back into the vehicle, cover the terminals and caps.
