lifecycle. Regular reporting ensures transparency, accountability, and timely decision-

1. Reporting Frequency
Reports will be generated and distributed according to the following schedule:

- At project completion: Final summary report, lessons learned, and outcome evaluation.

Reporting will use both written and verbal formats, including:

3. Roles and Responsibilities
• Project Manager: Oversees the preparation and accuracy of reports, ensures timely
delivery.
• Finance Officer: Provides budget and expenditure updates.
• Risk Manager: Tracks and updates risk logs.
• Team Leads: Submit progress data and issue summaries for consolidation.
4. Reporting Tools and Templates
The project will use standardized templates and tools to ensure consistency and clarity:
- Microsoft Word and Excel for report templates
- Google Drive or Microsoft Teams for document sharing
- Gantt Chart for schedule tracking
- Risk Register and Budget Tracker for monitoring critical project components
5. Review and Feedback Process
Each report will be reviewed by the Project Steering Committee or relevant stakeholders.
