🎯 PHẦN 1.
GIỚI THIỆU BẢN THÂN (SELF-INTRODUCTION)
🗣️Mẫu giới thiệu gợi ý:
Hello! My name is Thu Ha. I’m 26 years old and I’m currently living in Ho Chi Minh City. I
graduated from the University of Education, majoring in Korean Language in 2021. I’m now
pursuing a second degree in English Language at Ho Chi Minh City Open University, and I
expect to graduate in 2027.
I’ve had some tutoring experience with young children at home, and I really enjoy helping them
learn English through songs, games, and stories. I’m a patient, cheerful, and creative person,
and I always try to make my lessons fun and interactive.
I believe that learning English at an early age should be joyful and natural, so my goal is to
create a classroom where students feel confident, curious, and excited to use English every day.
Thank you!
📝 PHẦN 2. CÂU HỎI PHỎNG VẤN THƯỜNG GẶP (VÀ GỢI Ý
TRẢ LỜI)
1. Why do you want to become an English teacher for young learners?
I love working with children because they are full of energy and curiosity. Teaching English
allows me to use my creativity and help them build a strong foundation for their future learning.
It’s very rewarding to see them grow and enjoy learning.
2. What are your strengths as a teacher?
I’m patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable. I always try to understand each child’s personality and
learning style, so I can adjust my teaching methods to help them learn better.
3. How do you handle a noisy or distracted class?
I would use songs, short games, or attention signals like clapping rhythms to bring their focus
back. I believe young learners respond best when the class is engaging and structured at the
same time.
4. What would you do if a student refuses to participate?
I would gently encourage the student by involving them in simple activities first, like helping
me hold a flashcard or repeat a word together. I’d also give them praise for any small effort to
help build confidence.
5. How do you make your lessons fun and effective?
I often use songs, storytelling, and visuals to make lessons lively. I like to combine English
with movement—like “TPR” (Total Physical Response)—so children can learn by doing, not
just listening.
6. What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe children learn best when they feel happy, safe, and encouraged. My role is not only to
teach English, but also to inspire a love of learning and help them build confidence in
themselves.

more creative and playful in my lessons. I also believe early English learning builds a strong

I learned that patience and flexibility are very important. Every child learns differently, so I
need to adapt my approach and keep the class positive and encouraging.

I enjoy seeing the children’s faces light up when they understand or say something new in
English. It’s a great feeling to know I’m helping them grow in confidence.

🎨 B. CÂU HỎI VỀ PHƯƠNG PHÁP GIẢNG DẠY
6️⃣ How do you plan a lesson for young learners?
I always start with a clear goal — for example, learning five new words or a simple sentence
structure. Then I include a warm-up, presentation, practice, and a fun activity to review. I also
make sure to use visuals and body language.
7️⃣ How do you teach vocabulary to children?
I use flashcards, songs, real objects, and actions. I try to connect new words with movement
and repetition, so they can remember naturally.
8️⃣ How do you manage classroom behavior?
I use clear routines and positive reinforcement. I praise good behavior and use gentle reminders
instead of punishment. For example, I might say “Let’s use our quiet voices!” or “Let’s listen

I like to use colorful flashcards, picture books, songs, and short videos. Visual and interactive
materials make learning more meaningful and fun for kids.
