BASIC INFORMATION

The operating voltage of the equipment is 230 VAC 50Hz single-phase.

nominal consumption of 1.75 A. Therefore, it is necessary that the line of
the team power supply should be a single line, with a minimum section of 2.5 mm2y
capable of handling peak loads of 10 A.

No specific maintenance is required for the equipment, although it is preferable.

conduct a periodic review of it, to prevent small defects
derivatives of use may generate greater problems.

The transport of the equipment must always be carried out respecting the instructions.
of position that are in the container box of the equipment, and it is recommended that the
storage of the equipment should be done in a dry place, where it is not exposed to
temperatures below -5 ºC, nor above 50 ºC.

SECURITY SYSTEMS AND USAGE REGULATIONS

The protection of the equipment against the entry of 230VAC is provided by a

thermal magnet of 10 A, which trips when sustained loads appear
higher than those assigned.

As a security system for use, the equipment includes a device for

barrier photocell, which prevents the door from operating when its beam is interrupted
the closing movement, or causes it to reverse if it is being performed.

Its use has no clear associated dangers, but it is advisable that its use
rational sea, without deviating from its intended use, trying to distance itself from any
another type of operation.

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION

Modes of operation:

Manual Operation
In this mode of operation, the door,
it opens and closes manually using the

after a period of time.
To configure the system in mode
timed, we put the programming DIP
number 8 of S2 in the state of ON.

DETERMINATION OF OPEN DOOR TIME

IN TIMED OPERATION

ONLY APPLICABLE FOR AUTOMATIC OPERATION MODE

To change the time we want the door to stay open, we need to

follow the next steps:

Press the "RESET" button.

Press the MANEUVER button, then the door will start to open.

3rd Next, press and hold the 'STOP' button.

Once the door has completely stopped at the top, leave

close. Then we will release the "STOP" button.

8
VARIATION OF THE WORKING POINT

Closing Point Programming

For the closing point programming of the door, we will follow the following
steps:

1st We set the programming DIP number 6 of S2 in the state

of OFF.

We will press the 'RESET' button.

3rd Press, without releasing, the MANEUVER button. Then the

the door will start to rise slowly until it reaches the
top of this, then going back down.
When the door is positioned at an intermediate height,
we will release the MANEUVER button, automatically stopping the door. Then
by pressing the MANEUVER button at short intervals, the door goes down,
following these pulses. In this way, we will lower the door to the point of
close desired at least a couple of centimeters, since it is necessary to take into account
the inertia of the door closing.

If we go beyond the desired closing point, pressing

short intervals the STOP button, the door will rise following
these pulses.

Once we have the door at the desired closing point,

less than a couple of centimeters, we will place the DIP of
programming no. 6 of S2 in the ON position, thus recording,
the changes made.

To set up the reception channel of the remote control (the number on the keypad
with which the door will be opened), it is necessary that we follow the following steps:

We will press the button S1 on the receiver circuit board until

the LED DL16 of the same board lights up. (fig. 1).

2) For a few seconds, the LED DL16 will remain lit, and during that time
time, the recording of the channel number of the remote control will be allowed. (Past
during this time the LED will turn off and to record the desired channel,
we will have to go back to step 1)

3) While the DL16 LED of the receiver circuit remains lit, it is necessary to
press the desired number on the remote control keyboard to open the
door, and once the DL16 LED of the receiving circuit starts to blink, the
the receiver will be configured. (Fig. 1)
