Many + N đếm được, số nhiều


Much + N không đếm được: water, money, sugar, salt, milk,.....

A lot of

2.​ Ít
Few / A few + N đếm được, số nhiều
Little / A little + N không đếm được

+​ a few là một chút; few là rất ít (nghĩa tiêu cực)

3.​ Some / Any

Some ​​ (+), mời


Any ​ ​ ( - ), ( ? ), (+) nhưng chứa từ phủ định : no, never, hardly
