Abstract
People develop warts after contracting the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection. A thorough
evaluation is essential to treat warts effectively, especially when warts grow on sensitive areas, such as
in genital warts or anal warts. In such cases, choosing effective treatments becomes crucial. It is even
harder to treat warts when secondary infections like syphilis or complications such as anal fissures are
present.
Conventional methods like topical use of salicylic acid preparations, surgical removal, laser treatment,
or cryotherapy offer only temporary relief. The condition needs natural treatment that heals holistically.
Hence, experts recommend homeopathy to treat warts using symptom-based homeopathic remedies for
long-lasting wart removal. In this paper a case study is presents on successful of treatment 30-year-old
male with anal warts, secondary syphilis, and a history of anal fissures using classical Homeopathy.

Introduction
Human Papillomavirus is a group of viruses typically caused by direct contact with infected
skin or mucous membranes. Different HPV strains lead to various skin conditions such as
common warts, flat warts, cutaneous warts, and plantar warts. Among these, certain HPV
strains like HPV-6 and HPV-11 are known for causing anogenital warts, which spread
mainly through direct contact. Once inside the body, these HPV strains may stay dormant
and reactivate when immunity is low.
Warts are benign skin growths that occur on the skin caused by the human papillomavirus
(HPV). They transfer between people through genital contact or by contact with surfaces in
locker rooms, swimming pools, or other communal areas. Anal warts are small warts that can
occur inside and around the anus. The condition is also called condyloma acuminata. Anal
warts are a form of genital warts. Warts may occur on other parts of your body at the same
time that you have anal warts. Genital warts in women may appear on the vulva, vagina, or
cervix. Genital warts in men can develop on the penis, scrotum, thighs, or groin.
Sometimes, warts appear similar to other skin conditions that resemble warts, so accurate
diagnosis is vital before choosing Treatment options.
Anal fissures are small tears in the anal lining that cause sharp pain and bleeding during
bowel movements. Secondary syphilis, caused by direct contact with Treponema pallidum,

or discharge from the anus. A person with anal warts may also feel like they have a lump in
their anal area. When warts, located near the anal area, combine with fissures and syphilitic
