Primary beneficiaries
Students – The central and most direct beneficiaries are the students. Project CARE aims to
empower them by improving their communication skills, encompassing both academic and
interpersonal aspects. Strengthening these skills can positively impact their academic performance,
social interactions, and overall personal development.
Secondary beneficiaries
Teachers - This project will benefit teachers and homeroom advisers by gaining insight into
the different problems that the students encounter in communicating not only in academic aspects but
also in their personal and social development, it will serve as a guide on how to manage their
teaching process and to develop a new teaching method that is effective.
VIII. Description of the Project
Project CARE is a comprehensive educational initiative designed to foster the academic and
interpersonal development of students by concentrating on the enhancement of their communication
skills. Recognizing the critical role that effective communication plays in academic success and
personal growth, Project CARE aims to create a supportive and enriching environment within
homeroom settings.

To enhance the overall academic and interpersonal development of students through Project
CARE by focusing on the improvement of learners' communication skills.

The proponents will be organizing a seminar with the title Project Care (Cultivating Academic
And Relationship Enhancement In Homeroom Guidance): Improving Learners' Communication Skills.
This seminar aims to provide a dedicated platform for students and educators to engage in insightful
discussions about communication skills challenges within the academic and personal and social
aspects. The primary focus is on enhancing the communication skills of learners, and the seminar will
serve as a crucial step in achieving this objective.
During the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, voice
concerns, and collaborate on effective strategies to overcome communication barriers. The goal is to
