WEEKLY WORK REPORT NOTEBOOK

1. PRESENTATION.

The Weekly Work Report Notebook is a control document, in which the

student, registers daily, during the week, the tasks, operations executed in
his practical training at SENATI and in the company.

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE REPORT NOTEBOOK.
