1. General Information of the Document

necessary to maintain the original conditions of normal operation
and adequate, its safety, productivity, comfort, corporate image,
health and hygiene.
Corrective Maintenance: It corresponds to the actions and tasks that must be taken.

deterioration caused by normal use, due to lack of maintenance

inappropriate uses of the infrastructure or other external factors. Requires

Comprehensive maintenance: refers to recurring maintenance,
preventive and corrective of the installations.
Preventive maintenance: They are the conservation processes of the
physical conditions of the infrastructure; they include those actions that
must be carried out in a planned, periodic, permanent, and scheduled manner, to
prevent, delay or avoid its deterioration and premature spoilage, product
from normal use, to thus extend its useful life.
