I’ve worked As a substitute teacher twice, handling Kinder and grade 2.
Through that, I developed strong, patience, organization, and communication skills.
2. WHY ARE YOU APPLYING FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER POSITION?
Because, I explore other opportunities where I can utilize my skills and experience to continue
contributing to education.
My skills in organization and communication to support school or division level operations.
3. WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?
I’m adaptable, detail oriented and reliable, I also work well with minimal supervision.
4. HOW DO YOU HANDLE PRESSURE OR MULTIPLE TASKS?
When I was a substitute, I had to prepare Lessons, manage children, and communicate with
parents
All with little time to adjust. I managed by prioritizing task and staying calm.
5. DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OFFICE WORK ORNORGANIZING FILES?
Not formally, but I’ m familiar with computer work like MS WORD, Excel and printing or
organizing documents and I’ m very willing to trained.
6. WHAT VALUES SHOULD AN ADMIMISTRATIVE OFFICER HAVE?
Confidentiality, efficiency, honesty and commitment to public service.
7. ARE YOU WILLING TO UNDERGO TRAINING AND MULTI TASK WHEN NEEDED?
