INTRODUCTION:
Good Morning dear esteemed faculty, beloved
parents, and cherished students!
Today, we gather to celebrate a significant milestone
in the lives of our senior high school students—the
Baccalaureate Mass. This ceremony is not only a
testament to the academic achievements of our
graduates but also a moment to reflect on their
spiritual journey and the values that have guided
them.
In today's Gospel reading from John 8:51-59, Jesus
proclaims, "Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever keeps
my word will never see death." This profound
message emphasizes the eternal significance of
adhering to His teachings. As our students stand on
the threshold of new beginnings, this scripture serves
as a poignant reminder of the importance of
grounding their future endeavors in faith and
integrity.
Much like Abraham, who trusted in God's promises
and witnessed their fulfillment, our graduates are
embarking on a journey filled with unknowns. Yet,
with unwavering faith and commitment to Christ's
word, they are assured of guidance and strength. This
Baccalaureate Mass is an opportunity to bless them as
they venture into the world, equipped not only with
knowledge but with the wisdom and grace that come
from living a life rooted in the Gospel.
Let us, therefore, join in prayer and thanksgiving,
celebrating the accomplishments of our students and
entrusting their futures to the loving providence of
God.
With hopeful and grateful hearts, together with our
Mass Presider, _______________________________, let us
joyfully sing our entrance hymn.
