This is Benedict. He lives in London in England. He is 12 years old. His


mother is a teacher and his father is a policeman. Benedict also has a little
sister and an older brother. They all live in a flat in the centre of the city.
From Monday to Friday Ben goes to school. Each morning he eats toasts
with jam and drinks orange juice. Then he goes to school by bus. In school
he learns many new things. His favourite subject is history but he doesn’t
like maths. After school he plays football. He also likes to read books and
play computer games with his brother.

Éste es Benito. Vive en Londres en Inglaterra. Tiene 12 años. Su madre es


maestra y su padre es policía. Benedict también tiene una hermana pequeña y
un hermano mayor. Todos viven en un piso en el centro de la ciudad. De lunes a
viernes Ben va a la escuela. Cada mañana come tostadas con mermelada y bebe
zumo de naranja. Luego va a la escuela en autobús. En la escuela aprende
muchas cosas nuevas. Su materia favorita es historia pero no le gustan las
matemáticas. Después de la escuela juega al fútbol. También le gusta leer libros
y jugar juegos de computadora con su hermano.
