■ PCOS Natural Management Daily Routine ■

■ Morning
• Wake up early (7–8 hrs sleep).
• Warm water + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (diluted) or lemon water.
• Soaked fenugreek seeds (1 tsp overnight).
• Light exercise – yoga, stretching, or 20-min walk.

■ Breakfast
• Oats with flaxseeds, chia seeds, and nuts.
