• - Focus on ideas, not perfection
3. REVISING
Purpose: Strengthen content

• A – Add more details, examples, evidence, or transition words where


ideas feel incomplete.

• R – Remove unnecessary words, repeated ideas, or irrelevant details


that do not support the main point.

• M – Move sentences or paragraphs around to improve the flow, order,


and organization of ideas.

• S – Substitute weak words or phrases with stronger, clearer, or more


precise vocabulary.
4. EDITING (PROOFREADING)

Purpose: Polish style & accuracy

• Correct grammar & punctuation


• - Fix spelling & formatting
• - Refine word choice
5. PUBLISHING (SHARING)

Purpose: Deliver final work to audience

• Submit to teacher, publish online, or share with readers.
