Understanding the children is important. We educators should understand the
behaviours and emotions of our learners. Through this, we can create good
lessons/ activities, an interactive classroom, and active learners. Being
observant of our learners is also key to making good judgments of them. From
our observations, we can evaluate the learner and create activities.
Nowadays, we also need to consider the gender preference of each learner.
Most of our learners go where they are comfortable. Even when they have their

only. That is why we are here to balance their socialization among the group.
We are putting them in a group to improve their performance when performing
tasks that need to be in a group. We group them based on their surname or by
