1. Greeting

Interviewer: “Good morning, please introduce yourself.”

You:
“Good morning. My name is Imran Ali Khan. I am a licensed pharmacist with experience
in UAE community pharmacy. I have good knowledge of OTC medicines, dermatology
products, vitamins, and prescription handling. I am confident in patient counselling,
insurance processing, and providing excellent customer service. I’m excited for this
opportunity to work with Zneem A Group.”

2. Why Zneem?

Interviewer: “Why do you want to work in Zneem A Group?”

You:
“Zneem A Group is known for organized workflow, professional environment, and strong
customer service. I want to grow in a reputed company where I can learn, contribute,
and build a long-term career.”

3. Handling customers

Interviewer: “How do you deal with difficult or angry customers?”

You:
“I stay calm, listen carefully, and understand the problem first. I show empathy, explain
the solution clearly, and try to convert the situation into a positive experience. My focus
is always on patient comfort and professionalism.”
