Kitchen Knife Manufacturing Process Guide

This document describes the manufacturing process of a kitchen knife. It explains that first, the steel is cut and heated, then shaped through processes such as tapering, stretching, and straightening. After that, the steel is tempered, normalized, and sharpened to give it an edge, and finally, it is finished by polishing. On the other hand, the wood is milled to shape the handle and then assembled with the steel blade to form the final kitchen knife.
