B. MOTIVATION
Title: 'Move What I Say!'

Directions:
The teacher will ask the pupils to stand and follow simple body movement commands such
as:
- Touch your nose!
- Raise your right hand!
- Bend your knees!
- Turn around!

This short activity will get the pupils ready, focused, and aware of their body parts and
movements.
