About the Role


We are looking for a motivated Senior Computer Vision Engineer with around
three to five years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team.
This role will focus on working in team of our AI/ML development team. You will work
closely with developers and senior DevOps engineers to implement automation,
manage containerized environments, and monitor system performance.

Key Responsibilities
 Strong foundation in computer vision fundamentals and image
processing techniques.
 Proven experience with object detection, object tracking, object
classification, and instance segmentation (using frameworks such as
YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN, Detectron2, etc.).
 Expertise in action recognition and spatio-temporal modeling.
 Hands-on experience with model optimization techniques: pruning,
quantization, knowledge distillation, and deployment on edge/embedded
devices.
 Strong Python programming skills, with clean, modular, and efficient
coding practices.
 Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow for deep learning model development.
 Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development
workflows.
 Knowledge of few-shot/low-shot learning and domain adaptation
techniques.
 Strong problem-solving skills, ability to design end-to-end pipelines from
research to production.
 Experience with performance benchmarking and debugging ML/CV pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications


 ~3-5 year of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering,
or a related field
 BC/MS Computer Science (CS/AI/ML)
Nice-to-Have Skills

 Familiarity with multi-camera tracking and person re-identification


(ReID).

 Experience with MLOps pipelines (Docker, CI/CD, model serving, cloud


deployment).

 Knowledge of transformer-based vision models (ViTs, DETR, etc.).

 Contributions to open-source CV/ML projects or research publications.
