4:45 – 5:15 AM Light exercise / walk / stretching
5:15 – 5:30 AM Bath (subah ka gusal / shower) – body & mind dono fresh
5:30 – 6:00 AM Healthy nashta (anda, doodh, oats, fruits)
6:00 – 7:00 AM Market study / trading plan banana
7:00 – 9:00 AM Trading session (sirf yahi waqt) → Target +5% / Max loss -8%, uske baad market band ■
9:00 – 10:30 AM Break (chai/sharbat, halka snack) + thoda relax
10:30 – 12:30 PM Skills learning / Islamic lecture / trading journal likhna
1:00 PM Dhuhr ki Namaz
1:15 – 1:30 PM Lunch (dal, sabzi, roti, salad)
1:30 – 2:00 PM Power nap (20–30 min)
2:30 – 4:00 PM Productive kaam (skill/course/earning related work)
4:15 PM Asr ki Namaz
4:30 – 5:30 PM Outdoor walk / ghumna / halka khel (positive company only)
