GROUP ASSIGNMENT GUIDE

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

TOPIC: Developing an AI-Powered Business Solution Towards a Greener Hanoi: Business Plan &
Online Portfolio/Presence

Form: A group of 4-5 students

Time: Presentations will take place in the 7th session (5 mins each).

Weighting: 15%

Deliverables:

1. A written report (project template will be provided): The report should explain the
problem, propose a solution, show the AI application, demonstrate how it contributes to
a greener Hanoi, and describe the business model.
2. A PowerPoint file (for 5-minute presentation)
3. A working Wix website:
Homepage (Hero Section)
• Logo/Project Name + Tagline (e.g., “AI for a Greener Hanoi”).
• Short mission statement.
• Call-to-action button (e.g., “Explore Our Solution”).
About Us Page
• Team introduction (photos + short bios).
• Your story - Inspiration behind the idea.
Solution Page
• Description of the Problem (with data/statistics/infographics)

Submission Requirements

The submission must be your own work, that is, it must be the result of your own readings,
thoughts and discussion, and the expression of the ideas must be yours. Editorial assistance is
permitted but should be limited to such matters as assistance with grammar and syntax, and
suggestions for improving clarity of expression.
