We can install the software in your computer：
1、Open the computer cover ，and install the network card （Our machine
will include this card，you just install it on your computer）
2、Pls turn on the machine power and camera power , contact the network
cables ，then rename them in your computer ( camera and machine )
the original port contact with machine network cable
the new one contact with camera network cable

3、Install the software in your computer ,our software can not install in
C disk,if your computer just have one disk （ C disk） ,so pls make new
disk D,and in the D disk ,pls make three new folders, and you can give them
name ： 1、2、3.

4、We have three softwares : JWCS、HEXSIGHT 、Basler Pylon ，first will
install Basler Pylon software in D disk folder 1
Open the software and install it

5、Finish install Basler Pylon Software , then we will install HEXSIGHT
Software in D disk folder 2
Before you install software pls change the setting :Properties —
Compatibility — Run this program as an administrator — Ok

8、Basler Software setting：Setting the IP、Contact camera and Adjust the
camera focal
[Link] put one paper with printing under the machine camera
[Link] Open the Basler software on desktop (Pylon IP Configuraor)
Find the Basler acA640 and select it
setting the IP [Link]、 [Link]、 [Link]. save it ，you can see
in Satatus will show you OK，that is mean setting correct ！pls closed it

C、Open the Basler software on desktop(Pylon Viewer) ，Find the Basler acA640
and select it

D、Pls select Continuous Short，it will open the camera and you can see
the pic which on your material ！
E、Open the camera cover and adjust the camera focal

You can loose the screws and adjust the camera focal，make the camera see the
words clean ，locked the screws，closed the pylon viewer software
9、JWCS Software setting：Setting the IP、Camera parameter
A．First plug the dongle on your computer，before you open software pls
change the setting :Properties — Compatibility — Run this program as an
administrator — Ok

B. Open the JWCS software and find : File — printer… — Printer
Select the machine model：CB03II-2516 ( same as your machine model )

C．Open the JWCS software and find : File — printer… — Print-Mode
Select the machine IP-1：[Link]，Port-1:23 (Pls closed the IP-2 )
D．Open the JWCS software and find : Setting — Setting… — Option — Base

E．Select the Loc-Type：Camera Locator （B）,before you open the Locator function，
pls register ：Locator——Software Update——Rregister （Psaaword is JW888888）

10、Open the JWCS software and find : Locator — Locator
After setting you can open the Locator and the camera system interface will come
and work .
