Employees requested for Transport will be picked
accordingly as per Transport plan shared by Admin.
Move to Venue 09:00
Admin to coordinate for the Transport from Gulshan-
e-Hadeed, Plant Site, Karachi City. etc.
Welcome drinks will be served.
Arrival at Venue Participants will be handed over Bands by Dream

(Reception) world staff for availing Day & Night Recreational
Activities.
Participants to avail recreational activities of
Recreational Activities 11:00 ~ 13:00
Dreamworld as per list attached.
Lunch 13:00 ~ 14:30 Venue: Galaxy Hall
Employees to collect the Keys & Luggage from
Rooms Check - In 15:00
Reception & Check In.
