1. Intro.

I am currently a senior student majoring in English Linguistics at the National

Academy of Public Administration. Although my major focuses on English and
American language and culture, I have a strong interest in working with people.
During my studies, I have come to appreciate how important communication skills and
an understanding of people are in the field of customer service. I take pleasure in
collaborating with others, addressing challenges, and fostering seamless, positive
interactions. I am eager to develop in a dynamic, team-focused setting.
2. Tell me about yourself?
- Answer in sequence present, past, and future….
3. If a customer is angry and yelling over the phone, what would you do?
First, I would stay calm and let the customer finish speaking. Then, I would sincerely
apologize for the issue they’re experiencing. I would try to put myself in their shoes to
handle the situation appropriately and effectively.
4. What do you do when a colleague fails to complete a task and affects you?
First, I would have a calm and respectful discussion with my colleague. I believe that
communication is key to effective teamwork. If the issue continues to occur and starts
to affect overall performance, I would report it to my superiors for timely support, in
order to avoid any negative impact on the customer.
5. Do you have experience using any customer service software?
I have primarily responded to customers through platforms such as Zalo, Facebook,
and email. Although I haven’t had the opportunity to use specialized customer service
software yet, I am very willing to learn and get familiar with new tools.
6. What is more important: Customer satisfaction or compliance with company
procedures?
In my opinion, both are important. However, in situations that require flexibility, I
would prioritize customer satisfaction—as long as it does not violate major company
policies. At the same time, I would report the issue to my superiors to seek appropriate
guidance if the situation is beyond my authority.
7. What do you know about our company and the services we provide?
I was really impressed by Tek Experts’ global presence and its role in supporting
world-class partners like Microsoft and Micro Focus. The opportunity to work in a
24/7 international environment. I am very impressed with the values that Tek brings to
the community and customers. They always focus on quality and customer
satisfaction.
8. What made you interested in this role?
Because I love communication and feel happy when I can help others solve problems.
I see customer service as more than just answering questions — it's also about creating
a positive experience for customers. I want to further develop my communication
skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.
9. What would you say about your greatest strength?
I do believe that work efficiency isn’t measured by words. It must be proven by actual
performance. If I were to highlight my strengths, I would say that I truly need this job.
However, to assess my abilities, I need the opportunity to demonstrate them.
10. What is your greatest weakness?
To be honest, sometimes I am a bit careless. However, I recognized this and found a
solution: I now make it a habit to always double-check my work after completing each
task.
11. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer or situation?
While working at YoYo English Center, I dealt with an upset parent who complained
about the lack of student care. I calmly apologized, explained the situation, and
offered a solution. Thanks to my polite and timely response, the parent was satisfied
and appreciated the improvement in their child’s progress. This experience taught me
the importance of staying calm, communicating clearly, and showing empathy.
12. How do you handle multiple customer requests at once?
When there are multiple customer requests at the same time, I prioritize based on
urgency and the impact on the customer. I try to respond quickly and clearly while
staying calm and organized. If the workload becomes too high, I communicate with
my teammates or inform my supervisor to make sure service quality is not affected.
