5 minutes preparation before the start of DEMO:

- set-up the TV or PROJECTOR

- post the achievement chart and the progress chart

-Prepare your: attendance sheet, TRB, TASK SHEET/JOB SHEET

- wear your trainers ID

Maayong Buntag, welcome sa sibugay Technical Institute incorporated, daghang salamat SA PAG pili sa
STII as your training provider. I am___________ your trainer for this qualification_____ under the
agriculture and fisheries sector.

* Now lets talk about my role . So my role for this training is your facilitator, stimulator, nurturer,
manager and evaluator. As your trainer , I will be the one to identify your training needs which will be
based on your self assessment criteria. My major role is to manage your learning activities.

* Now lets talk about your role as a CBT TRAINEE- so inyong role is to attend the class, to participate in

I will now give you an orientation about the CBT ( COMPETENCY BASED TRAINING ) for us to have a
common understanding. This is a training delivery approach that focuses on the development of the
