observations, participation, and growth."

SLIDE 2: The Mandate & Administration

Presenter: BREVIANA

Visual Content:

* Left Side (Timeline):

* Sept 30 – Nov 19, 2025 (M-T-W Schedule)

* BADGE: 108 HOURS COMPLETED

* Right Side (Leadership):

* Mr. Danilo V. Llarena (School Principal IV)

starting from September 30 until November 19. In total, we successfully
completed the required 108 hours of immersion.

> We were welcomed into the JHS Annex Campus under the leadership of
School Principal Sir Danilo Llarena, our Annex School Head Ma'am Sally
Ibarra, and TLE Department Head Ma'am Cherrylen Nabo. Being in the Annex
campus gave us a specific focus on how TVL and TLE courses are managed."

SLIDE 3: School Profile

Presenter: RACHELLE

Visual Content:

* Timeline Arrow:

* 1983: Pag-asa National High School (Batas Pambansa Blg. 388)

* 2021: Renamed to Legazpi City National High School (R.A. 11526)

* Quick Facts:

* Location: Brgy. Rawis, Legazpi City

* Enrollment: ~1,200+ Learners (JHS & SHS)

* Key Feature: Inclusive Education (SPED Mainstreaming)

Script:

> "Let’s look at where we were deployed. Historically, the school was known
as Pag-asa National High School, serving Barangay Rawis. But in 2021, it was
officially renamed Legazpi City National High School, elevating its status.
> Serving an estimated population of over 1,200 learners, LCNHS is unique
because it champions Inclusive Education. They practice 'Mainstreaming,'
where SPED students learn alongside regular students. This environment
challenged us to observe how teachers handle diverse needs inside a single
classroom."

>

PART 2: FIELD STUDY 1 (OBSERVATION)

SLIDE 4: The Learning Environment

Presenter: MYLA

Visual Content:

* Photos: TLE Laboratories (Drafting tables, Sewing machines, Computer

labs).

* Bullet Points:

* JHS Annex Focus: Specialized for TLE/TVL instruction.

* Layout: Maximized space for workshop activities.

* Ventilation: Open-air setup with fans.

Script:

> "Sa FS 1 or Observation phase, una naming tinignan ang facilities. Since
TLE and TVL ang focus natin, we observed their laboratories.

> Even though some rooms were crowded, na-maximize naman nila ang
gamit. We realized that the physical arrangement is crucial. Kapag maayos
ang layout ng tables at machines, mas madaling umiikot si Teacher para i-
check ang hands-on output ng mga bata."

>

SLIDE 5: The Learners

Presenter: MIKA ELLA

Visual Content:

* Image: Candid photo of students working in groups (faces blurred if

necessary).

* Bullet Points:
* Diversity: Mix of regular and mainstreamed SPED learners.

* Learning Style: Highly Kinesthetic (learns by doing).

* Dynamics: High energy; Collaborative (Peer-to-Peer).

Script:

> "Pagdating naman sa learners, sobrang diverse. Since LCNHS practices

mainstreaming, may mga estudyante na mabilis pumick-up, meron ding
kailangan ng extra attention.

> Napansin namin na very active sila sa hands-on activities, pero minsan
challenge ang attention span sa lectures. Dito namin nakita na hindi
pwedeng 'one size fits all' ang turo. Kailangan mong kilalanin ang learning
style ng estudyante mo."

>

SLIDE 6: Classroom Management

Presenter: JENNY

Visual Content:

* Graphic: A checklist of strategies.

* Bullet Points:

* Routines: Prayer, Attendance, Cleaning (5S).

* Proximity Control: Teacher moves around the workshop.

* Authority with Compassion: Strict on safety, approachable on inquiries.

Script:

> "Paano naha-handle ang ganung karaming estudyante? We observed our

Resource Teachers using specific strategies.

> Gumagamit sila ng established routines at proximity control—umiikot sila

sa room habang nagwa-work ang students. The biggest lesson here is
Authority with Compassion. Strict sila pag kailangan, lalo na sa safety, pero
approachable pag may tanong ang bata sa performance task."

>

PART 3: FIELD STUDY 2 (PARTICIPATION)

SLIDE 7: Instructional Support

Presenter: JEWEL

Visual Content:

* Collage: Photos of members cutting visual aids, writing on the board,

checking papers.

* Bullet Points:

* Tasks: IM Preparation, Visual Aids, Attendance.

* Insight: "Teaching begins before the bell rings."

Script:

> "Transitioning to FS 2, we started assisting. Hindi na lang kami taga-nood.

We helped in preparing Instructional Materials and Visual Aids.

> Simple tasks like checking attendance, facilitating the prayer, and cleaning
the board actually help the Resource Teacher save time. Na-realize namin na
teaching isn't just about lecturing—it's about preparation. Pag handa ang
gamit, tuloy-tuloy ang discussion."

>

SLIDE 8: Hands-on Engagement

Presenter: JOHN PAUL

Visual Content:

* Action Shots: You assisting a student one-on-one or guiding a group.

* Bullet Points:

* Role: Assisting Teacher / Facilitator.

* Tasks: Performance Task Supervision, Remediation, Technical Support.

* Outcome: Boosted confidence and technical application.

Script:

> "The highlight of our FS 2 was the hands-on engagement. We were given
the trust to assist students during their performance tasks.

> Whether it was in Drafting or Electrical tasks, inalalayan namin yung mga
estudyante kung paano humawak ng tools o tapusin ang output nila. Iba
yung feeling na ikaw na yung tinatanong ng estudyante. It boosted our
confidence and tested our technical knowledge on the spot."
>

PART 4: SYNTHESIS & CLOSING

SLIDE 9: Challenges Encountered

Presenter: JOMARI

Visual Content:

* 3 Boxes (Challenges):

* Environment: Heat / Noise levels.

* Resources: Limited tools vs. Number of students.

* Diversity: Adapting to different learning speeds.

Script:

> "Of course, hindi naging madali ang 108 hours. One major challenge was
the environment—mainit at minsan maingay dahil sa dami ng students at
open classrooms.

> Also, may times na kulang sa tools kaya kailangan maging resourceful. We
learned that in a public school setting, you cannot complain about the lack of
resources; instead, you have to adjust and find ways to make the lesson
work."

>

SLIDE 10: Solutions & Acknowledgments

Presenter: ANGEL

Visual Content:

* Image: Group photo with the Resource Teachers.

* Text:

* Key Solution: Adaptability & Teamwork.

* Our Mentors:

our mentors.

> We want to express our deepest gratitude to Sir Roy, Ma'am Aireen, Ma'am
Elizabeth, Sir Albert, and Sir Ruben. They didn't just treat us as observers;
they treated us as future colleagues. They taught us how to handle the 'real'
classroom na hindi nababasa sa libro."

>

SLIDE 11: Final Takeaway

Presenter: EURIKA (Team Leader)

Visual Content:

* Center Text: "Teaching is not just about the lesson plan, but about
managing the environment to ensure every student learns."

* Bottom Text: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: 108 HOURS

* Logos: University Logo (Left), LCNHS Logo (Right)

Script:

> "To summarize, our stay at LCNHS taught us that teaching is a mix of
passion, patience, and technical skill.

> We entered as students, but after 108 hours, we are leaving with the
mindset of teachers. Thank you very much, and we are now ready for your
questions."
