: Production Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY
1. To support company policies, goals and objectives
2. Plans and prepares production schedules for AVS integration and testing works
and draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each
operation to meet delivery dates according to customer orders.
3. Confers and monitor with Production Engineers and Production Supervisor to
determine status of assigned production works.
4. Plans and schedules workflow for each production department and operation
according to established production sequences and lead times.
5. Assisting Production Manager to analyse production specifications and plant
capacity data and performs calculations to determine production processes,
tools, and manpower requirements.
6. Assist Plant Manager to develop procedures and ensure operations adhere
strictly to detailed operating instructions maintenance program & quality &
safety requirement & comply with ISO 9001 & API Ql standard
7. Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly and testing of AVS for guidance of
production staff.
8. Communicate and expedite with Purchasing, Engineering and Vendor personnel
to coordinate the arrivals of fabrication, valves, actuators & other related
production materials.
9. Confer with Service Engineer on requests for client site work support, warranty
issues and maintenance/repair service demand.
10. Review the document given such as technical document, data sheet etc. to make
sure our order as per the customer requirement
11. Coordinate with production engineer & draughtsman to produce fabrication
drawings. To check and approve drawing based on design calculation for
mounting bracket.
12. To carry out any others tasks assigned by the management or superior from time
to time.
13. To communicate with Production Engineer & Project Engineer and Logistic to for
goods delivery plan to client.
14. To assist Plant Manager in day to day Production & Plant activities.
15. Follow written information (Standards/Procedure/Specification) to ensure
compliance with quality standards and customer specification
AUTHORITY
a) Authorised to plan and prepare production works with engineer's
accordingly
b) Authorised to check/hand-on on the product for all purpose
ACCOUNTABILITY
a) To ensure all production works perform meet the technical and client
requirements
bl To ensure all work perform meet the deadlines/deliverable
HSE
16. a) Conform to HSE Procedures and the requirements of HSE Management
System
(ISO 45001) related to own job scope,
b) Actively participate in training to meet the above.
Human Resource
a) All staff are expected to abide by the standard rules and regulation as
stipulated in the Company Employee Handbook
b) All information pertaining to VOG's business, including all non-public
information concerning the Company, its vendor and suppliers, is strictly

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Work Experience 3 years' experience in production and valve industries
Other Competencies : 1. Process strong leader ship quality, self-motivated and self-
starter
2. Strong organization, coordination and team building skills
3. Ability to plan and organize
4. Ability to communicate with all employees, senior
management and customers
5. Has the ability to analyse and develop situations
