JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSE:

• Candidate should be reliable, innovative to oversee manufacturing processes at our company. He/she,

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

• Production support: Assist in daily activities on the shop floor, including task allocation to fabricators
and welders based on production schedules and available resources.

• Process monitoring: Help monitor job progress, track output, and ensure the team meets production
deadlines.

Resource management: Work to ensure th~eam has the necessary tools, materials, and

• Quality assurance: Support senior staff in conducting quality checks on fabricated components,
identifying deviations, and ensuring products n1eet required dimensions and specifications.

• Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving common fabrication issues related to cutting, welding, bending,
and fitting to meet drawing specifications.

• Safety and housekeeping: Enforce safety protocols, monitor-housekeeping, and ensure the team uses
appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Documentation and reporting: Aid in maintaining production records, logging material usage, and
preparing regular progress reports for management.

• Team coordination: Coordinate with various team members, including operators, welders, and fitters,
to ensure smooth communica tion and a harmoniou s work environment.

• Maintenance support: Report equipment issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team.

2_ _QgSIRED PROFILE:
• should be graduate from mechanical engineering.

• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, bending, and assembly.

• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and welding symbols.

• Familiarity with various fabrication tools and machinery, such as shears, presses, and welding
equipment.

• Have experience in operating ROBOT

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

• Awareness of industry-specific standards (e.g., AWS, ASME) may be preferred

Educational Qualifications: Diploma/ B. Tech

Relevant Experience: - 1 to 2 Year Experience

Budget : 4 to 5 lac/Annum
