Inventory Management Guide

Overview: Inventory Setup & Management Workflow

1. Navigate to Inventory Module

2. Create a Store
- Click "Inventory" → "Store" → "Create Store"
- Fill in all required fields → Save

3. Define Categories
- Access "Category" → Select Branch → Input Category Name → Save

4. Set Up Units
- Click "Unit" → Choose Branch → Enter Unit Name → Save

5. Add a Supplier
- Select "Supplier" → Click "Create Supplier"
- Complete all mandatory fields → Save

6. Create a Product
- Go to "Product" → Click "Create Product"
- Input all required details → Save

7. Generate a Purchase Order


- Navigate to "Purchase" → "Add Purchase Order"
- Fill mandatory columns → Save

8. Make an Inventory Request


- Click "Inventory Request" → "Add Inventory Request"
- Provide all required details → Save

9. Perform Stock Transfers


- Access "Stock Transfer" → Select Branch → Use "Filter"
- Navigate to "Received Request List" → Click "Add Request"
- Enter necessary data → Save

10. Manage Cheque Books (if applicable)


- Click "Cheque Book" → "Add" → Select Branch → Fill details → Save
- Use list view to filter by branch, date range, status → "Filter" to review or process
- Click "Request", pick branch, and apply filters as needed
