Delivery Note

It is hereby confirmed that Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited (“Buyer”) has taken the physical delivery of
Motor Vehicle bearing: Registration No. MH12PZ0254; Make/Model HYUNDAI / EON; Chassis No.
MALA151ALHM590193; Engine No G3HAHM543544 with the odometer reading at 13844; (hereinafter referred to
as “Motor Vehicle”) from ASHISH YADAV (“Seller”) vide Motor Vehicle Agreement for Sale dated 03/11/2025
(hereinafter “Agreement”) on (03/11/2025) (“Date of Delivery”). Prior to the Date of Delivery, the Seller shall
assume all Liabilities and obligations in relation to the Motor Vehicle and Buyer shall only assume liability, if any,
during the intervening period i.e. until the ownership is transferred in the name of the subsequent owner. All terms
referenced here incorporate the defined terms of the Agreement.
