It is more important to spend public money promoting a healthy lifestyle in order
to prevent illness than to spend it on the treatment of people who are already ill. To
what extent do you agree or disagree?

Spending money promoting a healthy lifestyle to avoid being ill is a positive
measure to reinforce social stability. In this essay, i will argue that government
should allocate national budget for promoting a healthy lifestyle more than
investing in curing ill people.
Firstly, investing in policies that promote a healthy lifestyle can waste less money
than spending money on treatment of people who are already ill. Because, when
people have a balanced lifestyle, that means they are less likely to get sick or face
various disease so they don’t need to go to hospital and spend their income for
medication. On the other hand, some diseases need special treatment at a high cost,
therefore focusing on building a healthy lifestyle is a best way to save our money.
To add further credence to my assertion, I would like to highlight additional
positive effects. One of those is that, we can develop our society and create a
healthy world. When residents have a strong physical and mental health, we can
use national budget, which is used for treatment, to invest in social welfare like
helping homeless people or unemployed people. Moreover, residents who have
healthy habits will be more productive and they can work more effectively.
Therefore, people dedicate their potential to develop society.
In conclusion, spending on promoting healthy lifestyle is an effective way to
strengthen society. However, we need to implement a transparent and suitable
measure as well as enhance social awareness about the positive impact of having a
healthy lifestyle. If we can do that, a dream society is not far.
Transportation is a basic human need. While some people prefer long-distance flights,
others are more inclined to travel by car. In this essay, I will argue that the government
should prioritize restricting non-essential flights rather than cars, because air travel emits
significantly more harmful gases than automobiles.
Firstly, flights release more harmful chemical gases than cars, which contributes seriously to
environmental pollution. Operating an aircraft is a complicated process that consumes various
resources, many of which are damaging to the environment. At present, we have not yet
developed environmentally friendly planes using advanced technology. If planes are used too
frequently—especially for non-essential travel—they may cause ozone layer depletion and
worsen air quality.
To further support my argument, limiting non-essential flights could bring several benefits. In
reality, many people do not frequently travel by air due to the high cost and impracticality for
daily use. Instead, they rely on cars. For example, in my country, roads are often congested with
cars. Recently, the government introduced new regulations restricting cars and motorbikes on
specific roads, which sparked significant controversy because these vehicles are the main modes
of transportation. This example shows how essential cars are to daily life, making it extremely
challenging to impose restrictions on them.
Moreover, the automotive industry has made significant progress in developing environmentally
friendly vehicles. Many modern cars now run on electricity instead of gasoline, which helps
reduce emissions. For instance, VinFast, a pioneering company in my country, manufactures
electric vehicles that are attracting widespread interest. These efforts not only improve
transportation options but also raise public awareness about the importance of environmental
protection.
In conclusion, I believe the key issue is not simply about restricting flights or cars, but about how
we can raise social awareness and adopt environmentally conscious habits. Even small actions,
such as throwing waste into bins or avoiding the use of plastic bags, can lead to meaningful
environmental improvements.
