Job Description:
Role Requirements:
o Own solutioning and development of back-end deliverables end to end.
o Work within defined project teams to deliver development solutions to estimate time and
effort.
o Support product development process and work with developers and peers on code peer-
reviews.
o Work with the QA team to ensure the solution evaluation and Unit test coverage meets
expectations.
o Work with and take direction from Product Owners for prioritization and work planning.
o Be able to navigate the defined stack/architecture using their own initiative and suggest
improvements to system design.
o Develop solutions in a timely manner.
o On-board and help mentor junior developers/new joiners when required.
Mandatory Skills:
o Python development with strong OOPS concepts is a must.
o Adept at writing logic for workflows and for data that includes, numbers, text, Dataframes.
Skill / Person Requirements:
o Ability to work on their own, or as part of a team.
o Ability to code in Python 3.7+.and willing learn more hands-on experience with advanced
concepts.
o Deliver code to a high quality in python and associated languages.
o Ability to peer review other developer’s code.
o Good working knowledge of Python packaging: virtualenv, pipenv etc.
o Exposure to Python automation libraries: fabric, invoke or similar.
o Exposure to Python libraries for working with cloud platform SDKs;.
o Experience / understanding of sound API design, specifically REST.
