Kicked users may be allowed to rejoin the server after a cooling-off period, at the
discretion of the server's moderators.
Notification and Appeals:
Users subject to temporary bans or kicks will be notified of the reason and the
duration of the penalty.
Users have the right to appeal their temporary ban or kick by contacting the
server's moderators.
Appeals will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated to the user in a
timely manner.

Third Offense: Permanent Blacklist - No Appeal
The user will be permanently blacklisted from the server, with no option for
reinstatement.
Pinging staff without reason
First Offense: Warning
The user will receive a formal warning from a staff member, reminding them of the
appropriate use of pings.
Second Offense: Temporary Mute
The user will be temporarily muted for a duration of 24 hours, preventing them from
sending messages in the server.
Third Offense: Temporary Ban
The user will be temporarily banned from the server for a period of 7 days.
Subsequent Offenses: Permanent Ban
Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban from the server.
Document leaking
Immediate Suspension: Any member found to be responsible for leaking sensitive or
confidential server documents will face an immediate suspension from the server.
2. Permanent Banning: Depending on the severity of the breach and the potential
consequences, the server administration reserves the right to issue a permanent ban
for individuals who engage in the leaking of documents.
3. Legal Action: In cases where the leaked information poses a significant risk to
the server, its members, or the community at large, the server administration may
pursue legal action against the offending party.
4. Restitution: In addition to the above-mentioned punishments, the server may also
seek restitution from the individual responsible for any damages or costs incurred
as a result of the document leak.
