The preliminaries of the TIP focused group discussion were facilitated by Ma’am Lovelyn S.
Tangpos, MT-II, the said session proceeded with a prayer and greetings to one another.

The Teacher Induction Program's Module 3, titled "Creating an Engaging Physical and Virtual
Learning Environment," was a highly informative and engaging experience for all participants.
This module aimed to equip educators with the necessary skills and strategies to create a
dynamic and interactive learning environment, both in the physical classroom and the virtual
realm.
