(a) I am Muslim and FOLLOW: FIQAH-E-HANFIA/JAFFERIA.


(b) That According o the “DECISION” of the supreme Court of Pakistan announced on 9th March
1999, detailed judgment published in all the newspapers on 13-03-1999. I claim for
exemption in compulsory deduction (s) of ZAKAT under the ZAKAT USHER ordinance
1980, on the following.
“Saving bank account, PLS Account, Postal Saving Accounts, Defense Saving Certificate, Saving
Certificates of all Kinds, KHAS Deposit Certificates, Mutual Funds Certificates, National Deposit,
Fixed Deposit, G.P Funds, NT Units, Gratuity, Pension, Insurance, Shares of Limited Companies of
all kinds. All kinds of Shares, Welfare Shares, NDFC, Special Saving Certificate & etc.”
