The given maps illustrate how the town center has changes since 1990.

Overall, it is clear that the location has undergone significant changes since 1990, the most notable of
which is the addition of more shopping and residential facilities.

Looking to the north of the town, in 1990 there were several shops located there such as a grocer, a
baker, and a café. However, all these shops have now been replaced by a shopping mall. Additionally,
the adjacent childcare center still remains unchanged. Opposite the new shopping mall, there is a park,
a library, and a town hall, all of which have remained in the same locations as before.

Regarding the southern part of the town, to the left of the Green Street, there were several houses
replacing with new apartment blocks. In the eastern part of the town, while in 1990, there were two
banks, which was opposite the children care center, and the another faced the town hall, the latter has
now been substituted with the café. Additionally, there are 2 pedestrian crossings that provide access
from the apartment blocks to the town hall, and from the café to the town hall.

The given maps compare the design of the of office between Japanese and American style.
Overall, it is clear that while in Japan, the design of the office promotes team working and interaction
between employees, the American one values individualism. Additionally, typical American Office also
makes room for other function such as copying room and conference room.

Looking at the first map, there is no separate space between workers and managers.
