Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and
Project Management to lead and deliver complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills,
proven project management expertise, and the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and high-
quality delivery.
In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet scope, timeline,
and budget expectations. You must have a strong grasp of Agile and traditional project management methodologies,
exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable project plans.
Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and identifying gaps or areas for improvement.
Ability to prioritize requirements and manage changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and manage multiple IT/software development projects from initiation through delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
Monitor project performance, track milestones, and manage risks and issues effectively.
Maintain regular communication with clients, internal teams, and senior management regarding project status and
updates.
Ensure projects follow project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as appropriate).
Coordinate work across cross-functional teams: developers, testers, designers, and business analysts.
Deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and organizational standards.
Resolve project blockers and escalate critical issues when necessary to keep progress on track.
Prepare and present weekly or bi-weekly status reports and documentation for leadership review.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience managing IT development projects, preferably in mid-sized
companies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple long-duration projects (6+ months) concurrently.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and iterative development methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Effective time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
• Background in software development or experience managing technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is required.
