3. Instruction To The Candidate

1. Entry at the examination venue will START 60 minutes prior and will CLOSE 30 minutes prior to the start of
examination for that particular batch.

2. Candidate MUST take their allotted seat 30 minutes prior to the commencement of examination. Candidate will
not be allowed to enter examination hall thereafter.

3. Any candidate indulged in malicious activity during exam is likely to be debarred permanently. Legal action may
also be initiated against such candidates.

4. DGCA reserves the right to confiscate any unauthorised material such as mobile phone, smartwatch or any
other electronic device, found in the custody of the candidate inside examination hall/during examination.

5. No Candidate shall be allowed to appear in the examination without this admit card.

6. In addition to the above, Candidates are advised to carefully read the Instructions published on DGCA web site

7. Failure to comply with any of these instructions will disqualify the candidate from appearing in the examination.

8. This admit card shall be used by the candidate only for the purpose of appearing In Pilot Licence Examination
Session as mentioned above.

9. Before leaving the hall, it is essential and mandatory for all candidates to sign the attendance sheet, failing
which candidate shall be considered absent.

10. In Addition to the Admit Card, Candidates must carry their Original Photo Identity Proof failing which, the
candidates will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

11. Candidate should check the reporting / entry time at the centre given in the admit card and strictly abide by
them.

12. Candidate need to maintain social distancing from each other at all the time.

13. Candidates should sanitize hands by washing with soap / hand sanitizer before entry to centre.

14. Candidates are instructed to wear the mask provided by the examination authority at the entrance.

15. The candidates are not allowed to use their mask during the examination and must use the one provided by
the examination authority. They are also instructed not to leave behind the mask at examination centre.

16. At the time of entry, body temperature (using thermo guns) will be checked and candidates are required to
strictly adhere to the instructions of the security staff.

17. Candidates are required to sanitize their hands before and after signing the attendance sheet.
