much
1. Tell me about yourself
- Before I introduce myself, I would like to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to be
interviewed for this postion of your company today.
- My name is Vinh, I’m currently living in Bien Hoa city.
- I graduated from HCMC College of Economics since 2019 and my majoring in International
bussiness.
- I have about 2 years of Exp working as a Sale Assitant at VIP Sport company in Long Thanh
Industrial Zone.
- And about 1 years of Exp in Assitant training Director at KLC Massage Chair Company.
- In Assistant training Director, I was responsible for being the point of contact between the
Director and company sales.
- I managed task and organized the training session for him.
- I prepared weekly and monthly revenua reports for the Director and sometime I assist in
recruiting and training new employees
2. What’re your strengths and weakness ?
- Firstly, I’m very good at working with other people. For example, in my last job, I always
tried to encourage my colleagues and create a good asmosphere.
- Besides my strength, actually this might be bad, but I feel my English ability is my weakness
trait. I know this is only a temporary problem. I’m definitely studying hard to communicate
more effectively in the future.
3. Can you tell me a time when you have demonstrated excellent customer service ?
- There was one time when a customer’s product hadn’t arrived, and we didn’t know what
happened to it. The customer, she was very unhappy and I had to try to solve the problem for
her asap. After I had a urgent meeting with my manager, we got the plan to sovle the problem,
I arranged for a replacement product to be sent, thinking we could find out what happened to
the previous product later. In the end, the customer was happy that I could solve her problem
quickly and simply for her.
4. Why did you leave last job ?
- My employer was fantasic and whilst I was there, we managed to move the business forward
significantly.
- For example, we helped the business reach record turnover though outstanding customer
service and by constantly achieving our sales target.
- However, I didn’t see my skills and qualities were being use, so I wanted a fresh challenge
with a new role, forward – thinking and innovative company.
5. Where do you see yourself five years from now ?
- I really don’t know exactly, but the most important thing is that I continue to learn and grow
in my career. Because I’m the kind of person who needs new challeges to stay focused. I
might even start my own business, because that’s something I;ve always wanted to do at some
point in my life.
6. Why should we hire you ?
“ you should hire me for 3 reasons.”
- Reason number one: is that I’m a new to this position, a blank canvas. You get to train me up
to be the perfect employee. Because I want to stay working at your company for a long time,
you will see the benefits of this in my work ethic.
- Reason number two is because even though I don’t have exp for this role, I’m commercially-
aware. I know that for your bussiness to succeed, I must work hard and be a positive role
model for your company.
- Reason number three is because I’m very a fast learner, I retain information easily which
means you won’t have to spend your valuable time supervising or closely monitoring me
moving forward.
7. Are you willing to work overtime or go on business trip?
“I think sometimes it's perfectly normal to work overtime or go on business trip - especially during
the business season. If overtime or business trip can help the company achieve its goals, I think
everyone will accept this.”
8. Bạn nghĩ mình sẽ gắn kết với công ty trong bao lâu? Điều gì sẽ giúp bạn gắn kết lâu dài
với công ty? (How long do you think you will be with the company? What will help you
stay engaged with the company?)
“I have always been looking for a company where I can challenge myself and bring good values
to everyone. In your company, perhaps I have found those opportunities and I will definitely work
for a long time.
“As far as I can see, your company gives candidates some great opportunities for career
development. Therefore, if the company finds that my qualifications are suitable for the job, I am
always ready to work for the company. "
9. How do you expect your manager to be?
"I expect a boss with good expertise to be able to support me and give me advice in my work.
Besides, the boss is the one who listens, shares, and encourages the staff"
10. What salary and benefits do you expect from your new job?
I hope to be paid an industry-standard salary for a mid-range candidate wishing to join the
company in this position.
Based on my survey and the information your company has provided, a salary of 600 USD per
month, with a 15days annual break and other benefits would be a reasonable proposition.
