1. This matter has come at the instance of the petitioners for correction of the

order dated 5th September, 2024.

2. On 5th September, 2024, we allowed the anticipatory bail application save and

except Avijit Mondal @ Abhijit Mondal, being the petitioner no.1, as he was

arrested during the pendency of the application and subsequently, enlarged on

bail.

3. In view thereof, the name of Avijit Mondal @ Abhijit Mondal appearing in

paragraph 4 of the order dated 5th September, 2024 shall stand deleted.

4. Similarly, the part of seventh line of paragraph 4 of the said order i.e. “The

petitioner no.1 shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the

submission of the final report” shall stand deleted and the fresh sentence shall

start as “The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 shall meet the I.O. ……..without any

further reference to this Court”.

5. Let this corrections be incorporated in the order dated 5 th September, 2024.

Server copy of this order shall also be corrected accordingly.

6. Other portion of the order dated 5th September, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
