SPEECHES (for all 6 people)
Bhavya – Introduction
Good morning everyone! Our presentation is about Making a Difference.
Making a difference means doing something that brings a positive change to
people or the world.
It doesn’t have to be something big — even small acts like helping a friend or
showing kindness can make an impact.
Each of us has the power to make a difference in our own way.
Mahasri – Global Issues People Try to Solve
Around the world, people are trying to solve many serious problems.
Some are fighting poverty and hunger, while others work to reduce climate change
and pollution.
Many focus on making education fair and improving healthcare for everyone.
People also stand up for human rights and world peace — all these actions help
make the world a better place.
Sangamithra – People Who Made a Difference
Some people have made huge changes in the world through their courage and
kindness.
Malala Yousafzai risked her life to fight for girls’ education.
Greta Thunberg spoke up about climate change and inspired millions of young
people.
Nelson Mandela ended apartheid and stood for justice and peace.
Mother Teresa dedicated her life to helping the poor.
They prove that one person really can make a big difference.
Kanishka – How Young People Can Make a Difference
Young people can also make a difference in many ways.
We can volunteer at school or in our neighborhood to help others.
We can use social media to spread awareness about issues we care about.
We can organize donation drives, clean-up campaigns, or even small kindness
projects.
Most importantly, we should stand up for what’s right — our voices matter.
Diya – Qualities That Help Make a Difference
To make a difference, certain qualities are very important.
Empathy helps us understand others’ feelings.
Leadership and teamwork help us work together for change.
Determination keeps us going when things get tough.
And creativity lets us find new ways to solve problems and inspire others.
Anshika – Conclusion: Why It Matters
In the end, making a difference is about doing something meaningful, even if it’s
small.
Every action counts and can inspire others to do the same.
Change always begins with one person who decides to care.
Like Mahatma Gandhi said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
Thank you.
