Instructions:
1. Complete the table by computing the final balances on the adjusted trial
balance columns.
2. Reconstruct the adjusting entries. Prepare them on a separate 2 column
journal or on a yellow pad with complete journal entries. Think of the
possible transaction that give rise to the adjustments.
3. Prepare the following financial statements.
a. Income Statement
b. Statement of Changes in Owner’s Equity
c. Balance Sheet
4. On a 2 column journal or on a yellow pad, prepare the closing entries.
