Network Engineer

through skills and who is a self-starter. People that are passionate about networking,
infrastructure, emerging technology and working in a complex, fast-paced environment will love

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

Monitoring network and systems health, responding appropriately to network alerts and events to
diagnose and troubleshoot network issues..
Managing network infrastructure: routers, firewalls, switches.
Elaboration / Implementation / Monitoring of IT security policy.
Troubleshoot, isolate, implement and recommend corrective action based on network problems.
Deploy, upgrade and maintain environment.
Implement and test different network designs.
Documentation: network diagrams and procedures.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.


Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self starter, ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize them accordingly.
IPSEC , SSL VPN Knowledge.
Experience with routing protocols.
Experience in configuring: switches, routers, firewalls.
Knowledge of network principles and practices (L2- STP, VLAN, EtherChannel).
Conducts root cause analyses for incidents and signals any improvement requirements.
Knowledge of routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
Good analytical mind, conceptually and solution-oriented thinking.
Ability to evolve and learn new things.
Able to troubleshoot quickly and carefully.

Fortinet and/or Cisco Certifications
