Problem Statement
For a long time, the disposal and treatment of water
served, industrial, commercial and domestic, has been a problem that has
generated concern in public and private organizations in charge
to preserve the environment.
The bodies of water such as seas, rivers, and lakes, in
many occasions have not been able by themselves to absorb and neutralize
the pollution load that brings impure waste, therefore
losing their neutral physical appearance and their ability to
sustain an adequate aquatic life that represents ecological balance
what is expected of them to preserve water bodies.
From the standpoint of environmental sanitation, the need for
treatment of wastewater generated by various activities of

appropriate treatment that is able to modify its physical conditions
chemical and microbiological to such an extent that their final disposal does not cause
pollution problems in them. Due to the above, the
wastewater treatment plant, both aerobic and anaerobic
they must be designed, built, and operated with the aim of converting these
water through effective purification processes and at the same time be able to dispose
adequately of the solids separated during treatment.
The treatment plant located in the Ciudad Urdaneta urbanization was
inaugurated in the year 2004, which was built to control the waters
residuals to aerobic processes. This stopped functioning 7 years ago due to
that the contracting company did not foresee the great cost that would be involved in the
maintenance of the plant since water treatment was implemented

that the tower was operational is valued at 1500 Bs, for this reason the
treatment plant has been inactive since then. On the other hand

with the design of a new proposal, through the realization of certain
studies, such as physicochemical parameters of water, plant facilities,
new alternatives for plant maintenance and utilization
the treated waters. These will allow to determine the existing problems and
establish solutions that manage to start up the plant and that are useful for
the community.
