COMITÉ DE GESTIÓN SOCIAL DE RIESGO
The Risk Social Management Committee is responsible for the administration,
organization, prevention, reduction and permanent control of risk factors of
disasters in society, as well as the preparation and response that is applied in situations
adverse measures to protect the lives of the population and their property, fulfilling functions in the
a set of measures and actions aimed at preparation and
rehabilitation of the town after disasters.
Its mission is to develop, strengthen, and consolidate the measures and actions.
aimed at reducing threat conditions through assessment, planning and
execution of a direct and effective plan based on the values and principles that govern the
national direction, instructed to act during adverse events in aid action and
rescue through the organizations responsible for such activities to minimize losses
humans.
For the fulfillment of these activities, the following subcommittees are managed:
Civil Protection Subcommittee: Civil protection is the main responsible for the
studies before, during, and after adverse events as well as their mitigation, preparation
and formulation of strategies through which the generated issues will be addressed
due to risk situations that endanger social stability caused by
disasters or situations that require a high level of analysis and effort
different assistance agencies to meet the general needs during this
eventuality, organized by a coordinator and assistants who manage the
weaknesses of the area, possible places that would be more affected, possible damages

In the municipality of San José de Guanipa, there is no fire station.
however, there is a group of university firefighters that provides its services in the
Guanipa Civil Protection Center, in case of any adverse event, the providers of
service is: Fire Station 4 of the State, located in the Simón Municipality
Rodríguez El Tigre, PCEST Ayacucho (Emergency Prevention and Control)
Socio-titular and Technological), this is a group that fulfills the function of
Firefighters within the oil industry and an aeronautical fire station that
he lends his support even though it is not within his jurisdiction if requested by the Governor of

Meteorology Subcommittee: This Subcommittee is responsible for receiving and delivering the

In the San José de Guanipa Municipality, there is no station; however,
with the Gurí Weather Station, thanks to which a prediction of the
