16. No punishment certificates duly signed by Controlling

17. Original Service book (with verification of all service by DDO)-
18. School/PEC results of last five years, duly signed by AEO/DDEO/HM,
and countersigned by concerned Authority.
19. PERs for last five years i.e 01-01-2020 to 31-12-2024 & accordingly
synopsis duly countersigned by the concerned authority.
