Organising is the process of identifying and grouping activities, assigning duties, and establishing
authority–responsibility relationships among people in an organisation.

It ensures that work is performed efficiently and objectives are achieved.

1. Identification and Division of Work Work is divided into manageable tasks to avoid duplication and
increase efficiency.

production.

capabilities.
