Synopsis of the Project School Management System:
A school management so ware is a collec on of computer instruc ons,
specially designed to manage the day-to-day administra ve tasks of schools.
School management so ware allow schools to digitally monitor the daily
ac vi es along with managing all the resources and informa on on a single
pla orm.
This project we did during the **WEB TECHNOLOGIES* course in our
University. Course Faculty was *MD. Al-Amin* Sir.*
There are Four types of users:
1. Admin
2. Teacher
3. Student
4. Librarian
Common Features for all user:
- All users can Login to the system
- Can manipulate their profile informa on (edit-view etc.)
- Can Reset Password.
Admin Func onali es:
- Can add users (student, teacher and librarian).
- Can edit other users (student, teacher and librarian) profiles.
- Can View other users (student, teacher and librarian) profiles.
- Can delete other users (student, teacher and librarian) profiles.
- Can Block other users (student, teacher and librarian) profiles.
- Can give no ce to every user.
- Can view login history.
Can View the a endance list of other users.
- Can see book details of the library.
- Can create a teacher's class rou ne.
- Can view student's leave request.
- Can create courses.
- Can update courses.
- Can delete courses.
- Can approve students' edit requests.

- Can block library accounts for students and teachers.
- Can Delete library accounts for students and teachers.
- Can check who took the book and didn’t return.
- Can search book informa on and View details (available books, shelf no etc.)
