2. The enrollment, Admit card and permission to appear in the Examination is solely provisional and conditional.

3. Enrollment and admit cardis generated based on the records provided and approvedby the Principal/Dean/head ofconcerned institute, University has not approved
or authenticated the records and document provided by the institute.

4. In case at any point of time the student is found to be admitted to course wrongly and not fullfilling the categories and names laid down by the Government, APEX
Council and University, the enrollment and permission to appear in the examination will to bo cancelled with immediate effect.
5. The student and concerned college is hereby clearly informed that merely generation of enrollment and admit cardshall not confer any right or equity in their favor
nor would the same entitie either the institution or the students to claim any benefit including declaration of result.

6. In case if any type of potition is pending in any of the Honorable Court against concerned student or institute all actions including declaration of result shall be
subject to the decision of Honorable Court.

7. A Criminal Case/FIR is liable to lodged against the Person/Student giving false information or hidding any relevant information making him until for appear
examination.
